1. gamequarium.org is a good website for teachers. This website offers educational videos, online interactive games and worksheets. When i was looking around on this website I found that i could watch full episodes of Bill Nye the Science Guy and order of operation. This website also has printable worksheets including telling time. Also i found IWB resources (interactive white board) for special holidays like earth day.
2. SchoolExpress.com is another good website for teachers. It claims to have over 16000 free printable worksheets. When looking around the website i went to the language arts section and found a large number of worksheets or synonyms antonyms and homonyms which i thought were very well done. This website also has worksheet generators which allows you to decide which words (spelling/vocab words for example) and decide how you want to use them. It can create multiple choice quizzes, word searches, flash cards and a variety of other useful tools.
3. Mathisfun.com is a website designed just to help students learn different math skills. When looking around I found definitions and explanations of things such as the metric and the US system of unit conversion. I also found games such as billiards multiplication and the tower of hanoi. I also found worksheets for different math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, i even found some on time. These worksheets also allow you to pick the level of difficulty depending on the range of numbers you select.

Technology in Education
Technology in school is becoming more and more important as technology continues to advance. Technology could easily improve a lesson in geography where students in the past could only use a map and an encyclopedia to find out about a far off country. With the use of technology students now can easily find a map of that country, track the distance from them to the country or even in some cases watch live video feed of things going on in that country. With the advancement of technology students are no longer limited to information found in a textbook.
